Governing Board

The Distribution Committee is responsible for reviewing the applications and issuing grants. The committee is made up of seven members each appointed for a five year term. The following each select one member: Trustees’ Committee, Lake Region Community Fund, the Judge of the North Dakota District Court in Devils Lake, Chamber of Commerce, Ministerial Association, Rotary Club, and the Kiwanis Club. The current members are:

• Doug Broden (Kiwanis)
• Kevin Davidson (Rotary)
• Brian Senger (LR Community Fund)
• Paul Gutschmidt (Community Development Corp/Trustees’ Committee)

The Governing Board is comprised of the members of the Distribution Committee and the members of the Trustees’ Committee. The Board of Directors of the Community Development Corporation constitutes a committee which is known as the Trustees’ Committee. The current members of the Trustees’ Committee are:
